EUROPRIDE 2009 - EuroPride is the largest and most important festival of the lesbigay community in Europe. Each year, EuroPride is hosted by another city in Europe. In 2009 Zurich will be the host city, making it the first time ever EuroPride being celebrated in Switzerland. Over one month, a large variety of lesbigay events will be organised, covering all aspects of daily life like culture, politics, science and sports. Not only lesbigay people will be invited to join, all events are planned to address citizens and all visitors in Zurich and Switzerland.

CRUSAID WALK FOR LIFE - Crusaid's Walk for Life is Europe's largest fundraising walk for HIV and AIDS. In 2008 there were over 3000 participants, including Danni Minouge, 4 Poofs and Alan Cumming. As always it was a fantastic day made even better by a new route, after event entertainment and our walkers getting into the spirit of the day.

So far Crusaid's Walk for Life has raised more than £260,000 and that figure just keeps rising as the weeks go on. Whether you walked the walk or sponsored somebody taking part you have made a huge impact to those living in poverty and affected by HIV and AIDS.
