HEALTH

Terrence Higgins Trust

Terrence Higgins Trust

Terry Higgins lost his life 30 years ago. His death inspired our fight for better sexual health for everyone.

A gift of £30 today can pay for someone living with HIV to visit a local school or college and open young people's eyes to the risks of unsafe sex. There's still no cure for HIV, but with your help we can stop it in its tracks.

Terrence Higgins Trust

CAMPAIGNING
Stonewall

Stonewall

We hear from thousands of young people who are being bullied just because of the way they were born. In fact, our research shows that more than half of gay young people are bullied in our schools every day - with two in five attempting or considering suicide as a direct result.

That's why Stonewall is working with hundreds of schools across Britain to tackle this huge problem. Your donation will help us continue this vital work.

Peter tatchell Foundation

Peter Tatchell Foundation

If we could get 1,000 people to pledge £5 a month, it would ensure an annual income of £60,000 for the Peter Tatchell Foundation. This would help finance our human rights work - and the office and staff back-up that is needed to make this possible. As our human rights endeavours go from strength to strength, requests for advice, information and support grow ever greater, from within the UK and from all parts of the world.

ADVICE AND SUPPORT
London Lesbian and Gay Cwitcboard

London Lesbian and Gay Switchboard

Our dedicated group of volunteers make sure that the phone line is open every day of the year and they do this for free.

Just £6 a month can make a real difference and could help us to answer two calls each month. These could include a call from someone who is feeling lonely and anxious, or someone who is being bullied about their sexuality and wants some support, or someone who needs sexual health information they can trust.

With its Shirley Bassey soundtrack and dedicated gay section, this charmingly eccentric charity shop was coined 'the Harvey Nichols of charity shops', by comedian and regular shopper Alan Carr. Happily, the prices are somewhat more purse-friendly than the Knightsbridge department store.

INTERNATIONAL
Kaleidoscope Trust

Kaleidoscope Trust

The Kaleidoscope Trust works around the world to promote diversity and respect for all regardless of sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.

We share a belief that all people should be able to enjoy basic human rights free from unlawful discrimination, persecution or intimidation. Laws that make people criminals for how they were born are wrong. Societies that marginalise some of their citizens and deny them their rights are weaker not stronger.
