Cambridge - Lammas LandCruise, Cambridgeshire
Cruising Areas - East Anglia
As vou pass Lammas Land on vour left, and the road swings to your right, there is a small road which runs down sharp left (there is another straight ahead) down to a car park that serves as a recreation area. A wooded path runs from the back left-hand corner of the car park. Take this path; walk for approximately 30 metres and you will come to a raised part of the wood on your left. This is a verv popular cruising spot with plenty of cover. Best times here are at lunchtimes and going-home-time. After dark, the action shifts across the river. Take the small footbridge near the front end of the car park and then turn left. Action can be found amongst the trees ahead of you, backing on to another bit of the river. During the summer months this place can still be going till 02.00 or even later. The cottage near to the car park is open only during the summer but should be avoided as there are too many families about. However, it does tend to see some action during the late evenings.
